If you made 1 payment
to the affiliate but never made it to the second payment page to pay Larry Hall and DID NOT make the second payment.
Here is what you need to do. Submit a help
ticket with your PayPal
receipt and who you paid to:

We will then verify with the affiliate
that you made the payment and send you the link to make your second payment to
Larry Hall.

We will then ask you to a register
for an account on our site. This way we know who referred you to our site so credit
can be given to them. Then you will be given instructions on how to make a payment
for the full amount.

How much will installation cost?
Many of you will install this by yourselves. There will be an extensive manual
for this purpose.
Yet, many of you will not want to do it
yourself. So, we are going to offer a service to help with this if you are short
on time or just don't want to do it.
The exact charges for installation have not yet
been fully identified. At this time we are expecting that the cost of
implementing the full Traffic Hurricane business solution will cost
approximately $300. This would implement a solution where you can sell your
version of Traffic Hurricane to Affiliates, sell the Professional edition
software and also the Standard edition software. This is the exact business
model that is used at
www.TrafficHurricane.com.
This does not include implementation onto a
third party shopping cart solution, email autoresponders or encryption software.
Where these are wanted, it will have to be on a per setup basis.
Other implementations, for the Master Resale Rights or for the Professional
Sales Option or the "I Want to Run My Own Copy of the Professional Edition
Software" have not been identified but will be significantly less than the cost
of the full installation.
Please remember that when you purchased the software, the cost of development is
spread over all of the sales of the software. When it comes to the installation
process you alone are responsible for the cost of implementation.

Can you give me a website that has Traffic Hurricane created pages?
Unfortunately we cannot provide you with live examples of Traffic Hurricane
pages. However here are images of page samples that were created using the
Professional Edition of Traffic Hurricane. These samples are found as part of
the Template Preview function that is part of the Traffic Hurricane Tool

Can I use the Traffic Hurricane Name or Graphics in my Promotion?
No you are not allowed to use the Traffic Hurricane Name or Graphics as part of
your implementation, website or promotional material. All references to
Traffic Hurricane and Traffic Hurricane have been removed from the material you
are receiving. A list of graphic requirements and other items will be made
available as part of the customization checklists.

When can I expect to receive the CD it in the mail?
The Traffic Hurricane Source Code CD will ship immediately once the sale is
over. This will include the CD and access to the installation manual and other
helpful links and data you will need to get it up and running.

When can I access the Article site?
We expect to launch the Article site on December 1st. Once launched, you will be
able to receive the articles.

Can I start selling the source code to Traffic Hurricane now?
NO. We will be shipping it out once the sale is done and all at once in order
to try and make your CD arrive very close to the same time as everyone else's.
We understand that shipment overseas will take longer but there's nothing we can
do about this. The CD will contain a document that you will have to sign and
send back. Once the postmark is stamped, you're ready to go.
